JOHANNESBURG – The 2024 Formula One season has entered it’s mid-season break.
14 races have been completed and there are 10 more to go.
Max Verstappen is on course to defend his title as he leads the drivers’ standings, but he’s not having as flawless a season as he did last year.
The Red Bull star has won seven races and enjoys a 78-point lead ahead of McLaren’s Lando Norris.
Meanwhile, the surprise of this campaign has been Lewis Hamilton’s resurgence, in his final year with Mercedes.
 The record race winner has two victories under his belt this year, which are his first since 5 December 2021.
